Bellamy Kitchen is a farm to table Prepared Meal Delivery Service. For $100, 2 quarts of soup, 2 hearty salads, 2 vegetarian entrees, and 2 animal proteins are delivered to your door on Monday evenings between 5pm and 7pm. All menus are designed around seasonal and local produce, meats, and dairy. Meals are delivered in recyclable containers and all food waste is composted. Bellamy Kitchen menus feature global flavors in homemade familiar meals which appeal to a variety of wellness lifestyles. Ordering is easy and done with one email. Bellamy Kitchen also offers private chef services in Hudson County and the surrounding counties. This service is designed to accommodate our customers that have dietary restrictions, allergies, or just want more meals prepared. Once a week, you will have nutritious breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks prepared in your kitchen. All of the packaging, reheating directions, and clean up are done for you. The menu is completely customizable. Meredith Chartier is the chef and owner of Bellamy Kitchen. Meredith is self taught and boasts years of experience in the kitchen. As a child, Meredith was always welcomed into the kitchen by her mother, aunt, and grandmother. She believes her love of cooking and entertaining began very young. She has many fond memories of creating "Family Dinners" at Fairfield University with her housemates at Lantern Point Beach. Meredith graduated from Fairfield with a degree in English Literature and taught elementary school for ten years. During these ten years, Meredith continued to cook and add to her vast repertoire.
