BeLimitLess Ltd Information

The seed for BeLimitLess as a company was born out of our experiences working in challenging corporate environments. What we found was that no matter the organisation, some things remained the same. People were working for the pay check. They would go to work, do their time, go home, often-times only to continue working on what they couldn't complete during the day. Days would turn to weeks; weeks would turn to months; months into years. That’s where we were too. We felt like the job that we had poured so much of our time and energy into was ruining our lives. Like many, we believed that if we continued on the same path, life would eventually get better. That was until we happened upon a quote attributed Albert Einstein that resonated with us: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different result”. It was time to end the insanity. We know first-hand that the work environment can be a cold, soulless place, that if left unchecked can turn into a monster that can and will devour all aspects of your life. However, we strongly believe that it doesn't have to be like that. This is why we took the leap, nurturing and growing the seed of the idea that would eventually become BeLimitLess, making the possibility of change a reality, not only for ourselves, but for others too. Nowadays, not enough consideration is given to insuring those in managerial positions have the appropriate skillset to motivate those who work for them. We believe that John G. Stumpf was absolutely correct when he said: “People leave their manager; they don’t leave companies”. BeLimitLess is all about you! On both a personal and professional level our goal is to guide and support you in becoming the best version of yourself.
