BeckShar Development was established in 2017 by Rick McDowell and Jason Pancamo. Prior to forming BeckShar, Rick and Jason held upper management positions at D.R. Horton, the largest homebuilder in the United States. BeckShar is an industry leader in the development and construction of single-family Build-to-Rent (BTR) communities. We create communities where people want to live and build a product they are proud to call home. Our communities have been favorably received by both the consumer and the municipalities where they are built.
