Beavens Systems Inc. was established by Arthur Beavens in 1976. Our staff is highly qualified with extensive experience in custom processes, petrochemical, food, water, and wastewater controls. The company's main office is located in Torrance, California, and provides it's clients with a full range of instrumentation and control systems engineering construction, system startup, and maintenance services. Our objective is to provide quality engineering services. Our engineering services include: • Project scope definition, including faculty surveys to determine cost-effective alternatives. • SCADA services. • Faculty Operations coordination for scope and intent review. • Order of magnitude construction estimates and feasibility, justification, and ROI studies. • Procurement specifications for pre-purchased or client purchased equipment. • Preparation of construction documents, drawings, and specifications. • Engineering studies and detailed design development for process control upgrades, advanced control implementation, and environmental monitoring. • Software programming and configuration, including logic controllers, process controllers, protective relays, databases, operator graphic interfaces, host computers, and data concentrators. • Construction management, oversight, and coordination. • System test, checkout demonstration for acceptance oversight. • System hot transfer management, oversight, and coordination.
