Himalayan Club at Baruch College Mission: To provide the student body with information about the Himalayan Culture and empower students to reach their highest potential academically and professionally and to provide them with a network of support system. Purpose: The purpose of this organization shall be to introduce Baruch to the Himalayan culture where we will share our culture through entertainment and history. It is our responsibility as a club to offer support for the Himalayan student who are having difficulties with language or cultural barriers. Our goal is to create a network of students where we can help each other with academic advancement and career development. Most importantly Baruch Himalayan Club will bridge the gap between the Himalayan student and students from different ethnicities so we can learn and grow from different culture.
