Baltimore Student Media Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit that publishes and oversees The Towerlight, a student-run news organization located at Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. We are comprised of a 10-person, volunteer, Board of Directors, and one part-time Business Manager. The Towerlight operates on campus and exclusively employs Towson students but is independent of the University. Publications include The Towerlight newspaper and the Towerlight Today daily email newsletter, as well as thetowerlight.com. We rely entirely on advertising and charitable donations for our funding.
