Balance Wellness Studio Information

Balance Wellness Studio is a wellness cooperative of practitioners offering complimentary & alternative health services with an active studio specializing in small group classes for yoga, stretch, barre, & personal fitness training. Yoga classes are available 7 days/week with morning and evening offerings. No membership is required to attend, pricing is competitive for the area, series discounts are available. We offer at least one donation-based community class each week and co-sponsor a quarterly Yoga in the Park event weather permitting. Seven instructors guide us through variations of Vinyasa Flow, traditional Hatha and Kripalu styles, Yin Yoga, Meditation, barre, as well as cardio, HIIT, TRX, and circuit training. We also host special body therapy, fitness, and continuing education workshops throughout the year. Our service practitioners include: three massage therapists, a reflexologist, and private yoga therapy coach.
