Established in 2004 we have grown in to one of Melbourne's leading specialist Pilates and Physiotherapy practices. We have seen over 8000 clients over this time and continue to assist a wide range of people achieve their goals. Clientele over the past 10 years has been as wide reaching as Olympic athletes, AFL players, Athletics, Soccer, Rowing, and Triathalon Athletes. Our clients range from elite athletes and dancers focused on improving their performance, to patients working with our caring physiotherapists to recover from injury, to seniors interested in maintaining their balance and mobility, to everyday enthusiasts who have found that Pilates improves their health and ability to enjoy sports and daily activities.
