The Bakehouse Art Complex is a leading force for creativity and visual arts in South Florida. Since its inception in 1986, the nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization has enabled and encouraged artistic creativity through diversity and collaboration. The Bakehouse provides juried emerging and mid-career artists with affordable studio spaces, exhibition opportunities, educational and artist advancement programming and common workshop spaces in its historic Art Deco bakery building.
