Roy served as the Pastry Chef at Snowbird Ski Resort, St. Regis at Deer Valley, and Thanksgiving Point. He has an established history of success and has received recognition for his work in culinary arts. Jennifer is a Corporate Training Consultant for a Fortune 500 company with a degree in Business Management from the University of Utah.
