Founded by Nord Brue and Mike Dressell in 1983, we started as a bakery in Troy, New York. Offering a broad menu selection, we became a casual and comfortable place to enjoy breakfast, lunch and everything in between. Bruegger’s Bagels operates more than 260 bakeries nationwide. We’re still committed to serving genuine New York-style bagels and real made-in-Vermont cream cheese. Because that’s not just what we do. It’s where we come from.
