We combine modern prefab construction techniques with a flawless on-site construction process that makes new construction predictable and accessible to everyone. Our granny flats are prefabricated 400-600SF, 1-bedroom tiny homes. with full basements, a full-sized kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
