When you hire Wally J. Staples Builders for your next construction project, a team of accomplished individuals will support you throughout the process. When we contract with our customers you can expect a proven procedure that ultimately yields results. A general overview of the process is below. First, we will have an initial consultation with you to listen to your plans, concerns and wishes. After we have a good understanding of your project, we will sit down with you to chart the course. This process includes recommending various techniques, products and/or materials would be perfect for your project. In accordance with your project requirements, we can help you during this initial planning stage to determine the right design and materials that fit within your budget. Once the planning stage is complete, your project will be scheduled for production. At this point, one of our lead carpenters will be assigned to your project. Our project manager will assign and coordinate the delivery of materials for your project start date. Further, our project manager will monitor and periodically update you on the process. In addition, if circumstances arise that require modifications or changes, you will have access to the complete team to review options and recommendations. Finally, your project is complete and meets your satisfaction. At this point, either Wally J. Staples and/or our project manager would perform a walk-through with you to review the project. If there were any modifications or concerns, we would certainly work these out for you. In most projects, there is a high degree to communication between the Wally J.
