We offer traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Tune-Up, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Mat Pilates and more. We offer morning, afternoon and evening classes. The studio setting is cozy and intimate. Class size is limited to 10 persons. Our experienced teachers are able to give individual attention to students at all levels of practice, including newcomers and health-challenged individuals. Back For Yoga is associated with the Gambucci Clinic of Chiropractic, which is located next door. In fact, Dr. Anthony Gambucci opened the studio after he experienced firsthand the benefits of a yoga practice in conjunction with chiropractic treatment.
