How we do it:Azevedo Family members Tony, Ricardo, and Cassie use their extensive global water polo contacts to match up teams that can mutually gain from training with each other. When your team approaches us with a training trip idea, we reach out to our trusted contacts in that region and try to create the best possible itinerary based on your needs. What's included:pick up and drop off at the airportlodging at a 3 star or higher hotel (or private apartment for individuals)3 meals per daytransportation to and from the pool for trainingone or two trainings per dayoptional cultural trips and educational experiencesWhy Azevedo Water Polo?:Tony played in Europe for ten years and became a five-time Olympian in Rio de Janeiro. Ricardo began as an Olympic player and has been a coach for over 30 years, including eight years in Europe. assie played at Long Beach State University and then went on to several professional seasons in Hungary & Italy. As a team, the Azevedos are using their passion for the sport, their knowledge of global and American professional networks, and their personal contacts to grow the sport and connect water polo enthusiasts around the world. Their goal is to enhance the training of youth in both the United States, Europe and beyond, by providing experiences abroad that push players outside of their usual comfort zones. An additional plus is that players will also undergo full immersion in a new culture.
