At Autumn Woods, we understandthe difficult choices you’re facing, and through guidance and support we’ll help you take the next step.Ventilator Dependent Unit - Autumn Woods offers the only dedicatedVent-Trach unit in Macomb County with a focus on providing specialized services for weaning and independence. Respiratory services - In addition to our ventilator dependent unit, weprovide respiratory services to tracheostomy, COPD and CHF patients who require close monitoring. Our respiratory staff is in the building 24/7 and can assist anyone with breathing difficulties. Preventing rehospitalization is oneof our highest priorities. Dialysis services - Our on-site soft dialysis program provides patients with more freedom and improved clinical outcomes.
