Established in 1964, Autac is a leading designer and manufacturer of standard and bespoke cable solutions, partnering with clients across the world, and delivering high-quality cable products, solutions and service from its two manufacturing sites in the UK. We design and produce quality electrical cables for a multitude of industry sectors, including but not exclusive to Commercial Vehicles (OEM and Aftermarket), Defence, Aviation, Communication, Agriculture, Marine, Chemical, Medical and Safety. Our Single and Multi-cored cable is manufactured and sold as straight cable or spirals (retractables) across the world. We also add value to both types of our manufactured cable formats with the installation of connectors either by injection moulding or assembling processes. All of our products are 100% tested on-site to ensure that they adhere to the highest quality and specification, and are manufactured within strict ISO 9001 /2015 quality systems. We are constantly developing new processes and products to ensure our design and manufacturing capabilities are always able to satisfy the requirements of our customers and exceed their expectations. In addition to an extensive standard product range, we also offer a comprehensive bespoke design service which encompasses initial prototypes through to long or short runs of bespoke cable, specifically designed to meet our customers individual requirements. We are certified to ISO 9001 for both the Design and Manufacture of electrical retractable cables.
