AIMA is an elite Kung-Fu School that focuses on the study and practice of Self-Defence, Meditation, Health and Fitness. Our Kung-Fu System is called "Wu Chi Chuan". We offer a variety of Programs pertaining to particular outcomes stemming from our Wu Chi Chuan Kung Fu system that may suit your specific needs. The programs are categorised into two Main Programs and Supplementary Programs. The Main Programs are divided into Adult and Junior Programs and the Supplementary Programs are programs with specific outcomes for different age groups particular to each program. All our programs are equally suitable for both genders. Further more our school offers an extensive and intensive Instructor Course for those students who wish to become instructors and gain a career path as a martial arts Kung-Fu Teacher. Our Main Kung-Fu System "Wu Chi Chuan" is an Adults program that consists of three major levels with three different programs matching. The Basic level: Street Smart Self-Defence program, the Intermediate level: Black Sash Curriculum and the Advanced level: Masters Curriculum. Our Kung-Fu programs for Juniors and Teens is based on our Wu Chi Chuan Animal Style Kung-Fu. The Juniors Animal Style Kung-Fu program is broken up into 4 specific age groups of four years in each group, starting at 3 to 6 yrs up to 15 to 18 yrs. The age groups start at Level One to Level Four, each Level enables a smooth transition from the preceding Level from age group to age group. The Level Four Juniors curriculum also enables a smooth transition from the Juniors to the Seniors Curriculum. Our Supplementary Programs are divided into 3 particular outcomes, Health, Fitness or Sport/Defence.
