Aucspace is the UK’s newest auction property portal, offering instant legal pack summaries created by our in-house qualified solicitors at a substantially discounted price to consumer. Our ultimate mission is to broaden the appeal of property auctions, making it easier for people to find properties, and then to help them better understand those properties. Our current focus is the delivery of legal pack summaries for auction properties. Presenting them in an easy to digest format, to making them available at the press of a button, within hours of release, and at a price considerably lower than that charged by a solicitor.
