The atwork Suite, three modules, one data and machine learning model: Measure: Every instrument, from the annual survey to a pulse check, on our own validated questionnaires, with real-time dashboards, reports and AI analyses. Act: Fully automated creation of context-aware action plans developed for HR and the managers who run the teams. The recommendations come from our own AI middle layer, from science, benchmarks and thousands of real action plans, not just from plugging in to a language model. Impact: Every survey variable linked to business KPIs such as overtime, absence and turnover, with prediction, simulation and ROI in CHF and EUR. Extended by Performance & 360° Feedback for the moments between surveys, and by automated interfaces to more than 100 HR systems.
