Aton Engineering was founded by Mr. A. Coetzee in 1987, specialising in the manufacture of side shifts and forklift attachment modifications. Aton Engineering rapidly grew into a trusted engineering service and supplier of Cascade Forklift Attachments as well as specialised forklift modifications and repairs to masts, carriages and steering axles. Today still, Aton Engineering (PTY) LTD is a preferred supplier of Cascade Forklift Attachments and we can modify your attachments to your exact requirements. Repairs still form an integral part of the company and we maintain good relations with all leading forklift, skidsteer, reach truck and tele handlers. Servicing and product supply have also expanded in order to provide a total material handling solution which includes Aton Cranes & Hoists to supply customers with overhead crane servicing, repairs and system solutions. In 2018 Aton Engineering formed a non-profit company by name of Ndawonye Aton Empowerment which has as its members all previously disadvantaged personnel. This vehicle allows Aton personnel to receive training and dividend sharing on a yearly basis. Aton Engineering (PTY)LTD has achieved a Level 2 B-BBEE rating.
