Atlantic Developments Inc. is a real estate company with an extensive portfolio of projects in and around metro, including Harris East, Theatre Lofts, Long Lake Village, and Narrows Basin — as well as having developed the award-winning Queen/Richmond Centre in Toronto. Atlantic Developments is a small company, doing big things! Company President, David Graham has more than 25 years of industry experience as a senior vice president of a Toronto-based real estate company and as a consultant to two New York City-based real estate companies. A native Nova Scotian, David has a MSc. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
