Atex Software is part of Atex Media offering solutions and services for media houses and associations. Our main product is Kayak Subscription System. Kayak is a comprehensive system for managing subscriptions and distribution. It is a tool for managing customer service, invoicing, accounts receivable, marketing and sales related to printed and digital products and services. Jaicom's Atlas system offers tools for associations and organizations to maintain their membership registers, events and publications. In addition to software, Jaicom's Contact Center offers a wide range of services, including customer and subscriber service and back office services. Today Jaicom has over 50 employees in Finland and Sweden in six locations. Most of Jaicom's employees are working with software development and system support. A fifth of the employees work in Contact Center providing customer service.
