We like to engage with our customers at a technical and operational level, really understand the needs of the business and its desired outcomes, and then suggest a design or recommend a solution that is fit for purpose. Sometimes, this can be very simple and our knowledgeable and experienced team can provide something very quickly, and other times this can require a greater level of consideration and thought before coming up with a suggestion. What we never do is try to ‘tyre lever’ a product or vendor to fit a customer issue if the solution is not right.
