Assonebb supports the research in the fields of finance, economics and law, and promotes financial education. Assonebb has sponsored in 42 years of history a considerable amount of publishing and cultural dissemination projects and, in particular, various printed editions of the “Dizionario di Banca, Borsa e Finanza” (Dictionary of Banking, Stock Exchange & Finance). In 2016 Projects of Assonebb http://bankpedia.org/index.php/en/ bankpedia.org The first e-encyclopedia of banking, finance and economics in Italian; more than 6,000 entries continuously up-to-date. Conceived as an innovative tool for development and knowledge dissemination, Bankpedia.org has encyclopedic and shorter entries for the reader to deepen its knowledge. Assonebb promotes research and educational projects for the dissemination and development of the banking culture. In 2016 Assonebb promotes a customer-oriented research project on corporate social responsibility of associated banks and for those wishing to join Assonebb. In 2016 Assonebb will release Web seminars to deepen the knowledge on specific economic issues in cooperation with the Associates and the Museo del Risparmio of Turin. The themes of the seminars have been chosen by professor of socio-economic Italian high schools; speakers have previous experience on related educational contents and competence in the chosen fields. After the delivery of web seminars, Assonebb associates will be involved in their spread and promotion, according to Assonebb's statutory mission.
