A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. The shift in the capital markets, the new regulatory environment, and the availability of data are reshaping today’s commercial real estate transaction. Through it all, The CCIM Institute has remained a steward of the highest standards of knowledge, professionalism, and ethics. Today, almost 70 percent of designees hold the title of owner, partner, principal, or president.
