Asante's History The story of Asante Networks started in 1988 with a couple of men, brimming with ideas and technology that could change the world. Focused on a specific untapped service, Asante achieved success through its Ethernet networking solutions, with products such as switches, hubs, and adapter cards. Asante broke even after a mere 18 months and an outlay of only $1 million.
