TTB and FDA registered facility has 23 production lines each capable of filling up to 60 units a minute with fully integrated computer tracking for production and scheduling efficiency. Our equipment includes multi-head and single-head fillers, tubers, hot fillers, powder fillers, induction sealing, shrink sealing and cooling tunnel all scalable from small to large volume requirements. Experienced Chemists and R&D Lab Technicians are well versed in product research, complex product formulation, technology transfer and formula replication. Our batching and filling experience covers a wide range of products, viscosity and hot fills. We take pride in our services and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s) throughout our process. Quality Control and Quality Assurance personnel are empowered to make the best decisions based on rigorous in-process and finished product quality checks, final review and release to ensure superior product quality. On-site chemistry and microbiology labs test and monitor quality parameters throughout our process. Starting with incoming materials to batching; production to product release; testing continues to assure we manufacture the highest quality products possible.
