Ardd + Winter, Inc. was founded in 1968 by Bobby Ardd, Sr. and Clint Winter. These two independent businessmen were competing on a daily basis, each with very small staffs and limited line cards. Upon merging their resources, they formed one of the most stable and sustainable manufacturer representative firms in the lighting industry. Based on the American dream of business ownership, a lot of hard work, and a competitive entrepreneurial spirit, Ardd + Winter has grown through the years to become one of the most respected firms in the lighting industry today. Throughout Ardd + Winter’s history, our mission has been: “To provide quality specification lighting & control products and services to Architects, Contractors, Electrical Engineers, Electrical Wholesalers, Interior Designers, Lighting Designers, and Lighting Showrooms throughout Georgia and our markets in Florida and South Carolina.” We have achieved our reputation in the industry by conducting business with honesty, integrity, and fairness, while respecting and satisfying the interests and needs of our customers, manufacturers, and employees.
