Architech Information

Architech redesigns operational workflows and builds the AI systems that run them. We work with operationally complex organizations to find the processes driving cost, slowing decisions, or constraining growth, rebuild them with AI, and run them live in the operation. AI carries the routine. Your people keep the judgment. Results are measured against the numbers that matter, in production. For 22 years, Architech has designed and built the systems businesses run on, more than 500 projects across financial services, telecom, logistics, senior care, and home services. We bring that same engineering discipline to AI: from finding where it will pay off, to building it on Azure and Anthropic’s Claude in your own cloud, to driving the adoption that captures the value. One senior team across all three. Not sure where to start? The AI Jumpstart is a complimentary half-day workshop for executive teams, run at your offices. Your leaders bring the workflows they think are worth rebuilding. In the room, the team ranks them on business value, risk, readiness, feasibility, and conviction, and argues the list down to the top three. Then we build the case with the leader who owns each one. You leave with the top three AI opportunities, a business case for each, and a costed roadmap that names the right first step, whether that is work with us, your own team, or another partner. We look for the workflows that can return five to ten times the investment, not the simple automations your staff can set up themselves. No fee, no commitment, no systems access needed. It starts with a free 30-minute call. Request an AI Jumpstart: architech.ca/jumpstart Or start the AI Diagnostic, free, about 10 minutes: architech.ca/workflow-diagnostic
