Archaeovision Information

Archaeovision is a group of people who love archaeology and cultural heritage and want to make sure it is preserved for future generations. We are specialists with different backgrounds. Many of us have a degree in archaeology and technologies related with it. Some of us have a degree in computer science. All of us have been involved in different projects related to cultural heritage documentation, archiving and presentation, both commercially and through educational units. The techniques that we specialise in are based on computational methods used within archaeology such as laser scanning and Reflectance Transformation Imaging. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience with these various different types of techniques having worked on a number of university projects and with developers of the software used within each technique. Together we work with leading experts in these various methods and we offer our services from advice, data collection, processing and web integration.
