At Arbikie we are one of the world's most sustainable distilleries & we will soon be the world's first green hydrogen-powered distillery. We are family-owned by brothers Iain, John, Sandy & David Stirling. We grow, distil, mature & bottle our family of luxury, sustainable spirits on Scotland's fertile east coast. We are unique as the first single-estate distillery in Scotland to produce both white & brown spirits using traditional Scotch distilling methods. WHISKY: We distil the first Rye Scotch Whisky for nearly 200 years. Our 1794 expression was rated 9 out of 10 by Forbes Magazine. In 2020 Arbikie won the 'Excellence in Sustainability' Award at Scottish Whisky Awards, 'Craft Distillery of the Year' from Whisky Magazine, having won 'Newcomer Whisky Distillery of the Year' in 2019. https://www.highlandryewhisky.com GINS: We distil Nàdar, the world's first climate-positive gin which has a -1.54kg CO2e carbon footprint. Our Kirsty's Gin distilled with local sea kelp, won gold at the World Spirit Awards, whilst our AK'S Gin won the World Martini Championship and is named after owners' father, Alex K Stirling. We won the first Scottish Gin Distillery of the Year Award (70%+ of UK gin is distilled in Scotland). VODKAS: We distil the world's first climate-positive vodka, Nàdar & the super-smooth Tattie Bogle vodka, described by both GQ & Forbes as one of the 'World's Best Vodkas'. Our seasonal, fresh Chilli & Strawberry Vodkas & Haar Vodka are distilled from chillies, strawberries & wheat grown on our farms. CUSTOMERS: We work with many of world's best hotels, resorts, retailers & bars, including Noma, The Connaught, Aman Resorts, Hilton, Marriott, Jumeirah, Four Seasons, Dorchester, Jean-Georges, Soho House & Whole Foods. DISTILLERY EXPERIENCE: Our Distillery Experience is open to the public with a range of tours, tasting & private VIP hospitality.
