AppTools.com provides tools, tutorials, and some tricks & tips for web developers. Along with that, I offer my opinions on some widely ranging web development topics in the form of my rants. If you're looking for point and click solutions, or if your idea of a dynamic web site is putting an animated .gif on a page, this is not the place for you. My goal is to educate you, so that you can do things for yourself, not to give away code that you won't understand and won't know how to modify when you actually need something slightly different. Note that this is my personal site. There is no advertising here. There are no banner ads, no pop up ads, and everything here is free. The only thing that might remotely be considered advertising is this: This site is hosted by a company called Dreamhost. They provide an excellent value and I recommend them heartily.
