The AppCurate MVP Accelerator is broken into THREE CORE WORK FLOW PHASES: 1) Idea Validation 2) Shape-It 3) Build-It These three strategic AppCurate work flow phases get the startup co-founders on a FASTER PATH TO COMMERCIALIZATION. If the client (usually two co-founders) want to use our MVP Accelerator they typically start at Idea Validation. IDEA VALIDATION The phase starts by articulating and challenging the client's initial User Stories. How tightly structured is the original idea? It really doesn’t matter! Because when discussions begin it’s not uncommon for the original idea to transform, resulting from the collaboration and drafting of User Stories which, over time, get redrafted. And, all things that were original are refined. https://appcurate.com/mvp-accelerator/idea-validation/ SHAPE-IT PHASE This Phase 'fleshes out' the business proposition and fine tunes the core product features of the client's app, website or eCommerce services. We avoid 'optimism bias' -- where people agree for the sake of agreeing -- by continually challenging the business assumptions. Running in parallel, we strive to develop a range of documentation including, but not limited to, defensible product requirements, finalize user stories / use cases, consumer schematics, UI/UX design, software requirements in order to combat against 'optimism bias'. https://appcurate.com/mvp-accelerator/shape-it/ BUILD-IT PHASE This Phase 'tools up' to build the client's iPhone, iPad and Android app, responsive website or eCommerce services given the project scope is frozen. We iterate through software implementations, checking each iterative build until all stakeholders are happy with the results. We meet with the client in regular cadence, reviewing what has been built, because there are still learnings to be gained while the product is built.
