Apex Components is a South African based manufacturing company that produces polyurethane shoe bottoms for distribution to the shoe industry. The Company was started in may 2001 with a second hand refurbished 60 station rotary polyurethane machine, aquired from R.P.M. in Italy. We have an extensive tie up with R.P.M. and have full access to their range of products, including moulds, raw materials, styling, new developments etc. We are able to sample directly from R.P.M.'s range, and should there be enough interest from our customers, production will begin as soon as the moulds can be developed. Our raw materials are imported from two main suppliers in Europe and we adhere strictly to the parameters set out by them. New finishes and effects are being produced locally and we are continually developing with our five suppliers of paint finishes.
