Animal Flow Information

Animal Flow is a quadrupedal movement training (QMT) system. QMT offers the unique opportunity to have hands and feet in contact with the ground while moving in all directions and in a variety of joint angles. This style of training has been proven to increase mobility, stability, coordination and endurance. The AF system is made up of six components; wrist mobilization, activations, traveling forms, form specific stretches, switches & transitions and flows. While Animal Flow can be practiced as a fully integrated approach to fitness, it can also be broken apart and used as individual tools to complete ones training program.
