Andre Lanauvre has over 25 years' experience in the central London residential property market specialising in property acquisitions, sales, short and long term luxury rental accommodation, high spec short lets & serviced apartments, property management and absent owner property management. The company was started in 1986 in Old Bond Street as one of only a few agents dealing in rental sector. The rental business was a priority due to high demand from the institutions we worked with i.e. top law firms, oil companies, banks, corporations, the film, media and entertainment industry, embassies, high commissions and occasionally international Royalty. We pioneered both the employee benefit trust to rent property and the concept of providing a service sourcing suitable accommodation for staff that was complimentary to applicants, and chargeable only to the Landlords who were only too happy to accommodate the first class tenants we referred to them. As a Case Study in hand: We successfully organised the relocation of the employees from a London based oil company to the North of England. To facilitate the relocation we rented and furnished a newly refurbished residential building and managed the entire move up to completion. We then sold the individual flats fully furnished at a premium. Andre Lanauvre sold property extensively throughout France during that property boom and were equipped and accustomed to receive hundreds of enquires a week about buying property in France. We assisted many in the successful acquisition of their dream chateaux, gites and manor houses steeped in French history and local character.
