American Building Supply (ABS) is subsidiary of Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors and is one of the Nation’s largest Wholesale Distributors and Manufacturers of quality Doors, Door Hardware, Windows, and Millwork. We proudly manufacture products under the registered trademarks of Millennium Door® and Doormerica® Products. The Doormerica brand represents quality products for our markets via MDF (simulated Stile and Rail doors), Interior aluminum doors, frames, and architectural flush wood doors. ABS distributes an extensive range of products including: Interior and Exterior doors, aluminum frames, hardware and other residential and commercial products for use in new construction, repair, and remodeling. We also offer value added services, such as pre-finish, machining, prehung and welding for our market’s needs. ABS began in 1985 through the purchase of a small family owned building products company in Sacramento, California, who adopted an overnight loading program that enabled us to guarantee next day delivery as a means to differentiate itself from the competition. This philosophy carved our niche in the market and set a new service standard for the industry. With locations in California, Arizona, Washington, Georgia, Colorado, Texas, and Hawaii, ABS is still an industry leader in the business-to-business material supply chain for door-related products. ABS and its employees operate 8 distribution centers and 3 manufacturing facilities in 7 states. We also maintain our own delivery fleet of trucks that safely drive over 5 million miles per year.
