Amalgamated Australian Investment Group (AAIG) Information

Amalgamated Australian Investment Group (aaig, the Group or the Company) was established in 2009 to take advantage of the fragmented nature of the Financial Services industry. With our aim being to build an integrated and diversified financial services business by acquiring businesses within this sector as opportunities arise. The AAIG board have identified and acquired a portfolio of complementary financial services businesses to provide our clients with a diversified offering. These businesses include the Australian Stock Report (ASR), Ascot Securities, ASR Wealth Advisers and HC Securities. The Group is now approaching 100 employees and representatives, spanning three states within Australia, and now, following recent discussions, has an international reach, providing us with access to further potential acquisitions.
