ALTAVE offers a complete intelligent monitoring solution, from problem analysis to contracting, maintenance and lifecycle support. Its service includes hardware and exclusive software powered by artificial intelligence, with relevant, real-time and georeferenced information to support customer decision-making and avoid serious incidents in the monitored area or nearby. ALTAVE has been offering efficient, differentiated and quality solutions for over 10 years for the Defense and Security, Energy, Mining, Ports, Agribusiness and Oil and Gas sectors. In Brazil, ALTAVE is recognized as the only developer and manufacturer of aerostat-based solutions for surveillance and telecommunications, holding an exclusivity certificate from ABIMDE (Brazil’s Defense and Security Industry Association), being accredited as a Strategic Defense Company. The company also obtained the CE marking, indicating the approval of the quality of its product to be marketed throughout the European Union. Founded in March 2011 by two engineers newly graduated at ITA (Aeronautics Institute of Technology), ALTAVE first opened in an incubator within the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology (DCTA) and now also has an office at a Technological Park in São José dos Campos. In 2016, ALTAVE became well known internationally due to its successful deployment of four wide area persistent surveillance balloons at the RIO 2016 Olympic Games, ensuring the security of all Olympic venues in Rio de Janeiro. Formed by a young group, committed and willing to learn and share new ideas, ALTAVE is proud to have in its team people who seek excellence in everything they do.
