AlphaTRAC is a 20-year-old emergency management consulting firm that provides technology-related crisis management solutions (planning, preparedness, and response) to government (federal, state, and local) and commercial organizations. Bringing solutions to the first responder market is a key to our corporate vision: to revolutionize crisis decision-making. Over the past five years, we have increased our focus on the first responder market to supplement our historical focus on federal clients. We have become well-known partners to local agencies, especially in the fire and HAZMAT areas. Our current thrust areas for the first responder market include all hazards training (classroom training, exercises and drills, online training) and the AlphaACT suite of decision training tools.
