Allied Executives was formed in the year 2000 by John P. Palen. Through his many years as a business owner and his years working with other business owners, John discovered a significant opportunity and need for business owners to learn from each other. John created the Allied Executives process that brings the right people together and foster's a learning exchange that leads to personal and business development and growth. The learning exchange process exists in peer group round tables, educational workshops and individual coaching. Allied Executives seeks out best tools, best practices, new original ideas and thinking. These leadership and lifestyle practices are shared in discussed with Allied members. Allied Executives brings the structure, support and accountability for members to more clearly identify what they want and how to achieve it. The process is action oriented and results focused. There are peer groups for CEO's and business owners. There are also peer groups for key leader senior level executives. Members are assigned to the "right fit" peer group.
