Allied Artists and Umbrella Books is a combined illustration agency and children's book packager Allied Artists represents over 90 international leading illustrators. Their styles range from realistic through stylised and quirky to the downright and absolute cute. We specialise predominantly in publishing illustration and particularly children's illustration. Umbrella Books devises pre-school novelty children's formats both for generic and licensed character books. We have published our own titles and also titles for licensed characters like Dora the Explorer, Nouky and Pokemon. We can provide a full service from format, design and illustration through to supply of finished books for publishers, distributors and direct to retail. We also provide creative input for publishing programmes and can supply formats only for a fee and royalty.
