AlliApp has been specifically developed to put the fight against allergies in your hands. Individual users or families can utilise the iOS app - available from Apple's App Store http://bit.ly/AlliAppOnApple - to record food, mood and symptoms after eating their meals and snacks. It also has a function to record medicines and appointments. Smart algorithms create a link between your inputted data and can suggest relationships between certain food and symptoms, giving you a clear idea of potential allergies. With the premium version you can create a print out and provide this to your GP, school nurse or health visitor to begin the referral pathway to your allergy specialist.
