Alliance Spacesystems, LLC is a leading manufacturer and designer of composite structures for the aerospace and defense industry. Alliance is mainly concentrated on Space, where high strength-to-weight ratio, superior stiffness, and dimensional stability are fundamental. Alliance Spacesystems heritage derives from demonstrated flight hardware, and experience in fabrication, assembly, and test of Satellite Structures. Alliance has complete composite manufacturing capabilities, from structural elements, solar array substrates, and optical benches- to full-scale payload assemblies with wire harness. Alliance Spacesystems is committed to building long lasting customer relationships by providing the highest quality products and on-time delivery. Our 100,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility is located in Los Alamitos, CA. The facility includes an environmentally controlled lay-up room, a high bay for lay-up and assembly, overhead cranes for large scale integration, as well as large autoclaves, ovens, and machine shops for composites manufacture and assembly.
