Algorithm Law is project and deal counsel for energy and digital infrastructure. We represent developers, independent power producers, capital providers, vendors and technology companies in sophisticated transactions, financings and commercial arrangements across the United States. Our practice spans project and portfolio M&A, joint ventures and strategic alliances; project financing, including debt and equity structures across the project lifecycle; power purchase agreements, tolling arrangements and interconnection agreements; EPC, development services, procurement, supply and O&M agreements; site control and project real estate; and ongoing project and commercial counsel.
