Fraser Alexander started Alexander Wines in 1981 and from the very beginning the business has taken pride in sourcing a boutique wine selection and providing a bespoke customer service. In 2018 Alexander Wines joined the Dunns Food and Drink Family. Dunns, one of Scotland’s best-known food and drink suppliers, has a history dating back to 1875 when a 26 year old Joseph Dunn started his soft drinks business in the east end of Glasgow. AW is a people orientated company which aims to work with you to be your partner in wine. We provide a personal service and treat all our customers as individuals with different needs and requirements. These values are reflected by Dunns, with both teams working together to ensure that innovation, integrity, and reliability are at the forefront of our businesses. All wines in our portfolio are tasted, discussed, and decided on by our small, passionate team. It is our mission to help Scotland’s hospitality and retail sectors achieve their wine goals, whatever they may be.
