Aleh was founded in 1982 by a group of parents of children with disabilities which remained unanswered and therefore called Rabbi Yehuda Marmorstein to action for assistance. The organization was established to provide a therapeutic and rehabilitative solution and to provide a warm home for the population suffering from severe developmental mental disabilities and medical complexities. ALEH has made a breakthrough in its awareness of the treatment of people with disabilities and is considered a pioneer in Israel and around the world.
