The ducks and geese we use come from French Farms and are guaranteed to be corn-fed. Our products are made on our premises using traditional methods, with no chemical additives or colouring agents. Approved for exportation for many years..., our products are controlled all year long to ensure optimal quality for our customers. Controlled Buying The direction of the canning factory buys palmipeds personally from local producers (mainly in the Landes department). The ducks and geese are brought to Albi in our own lorries and are immediately used for production. The veterinary services have imposed numerous measures for hygiene. Diversified Sales Our products are sold nationally in our store and in our regional shop, at food fairs and by mail-order. We take special care in supplying French and foreign companies with gift boxes for customers and employees.
