Al Toque was a mobile app that enhanced the delivery of groceries on demand in LATAM. The app enabled users to request groceries hassle-free. This was our first startup, where we understood our skills for technology and marketing. We learned the hard way our lack of skills in logistics and operations. Even though we gained traction locally, we weren't able to scale the service.
